Where It All Began
Vietnamese Pho House started with a grandmother’s recipe and a belief that the best meals are the ones that bring people together. Our founder grew up watching her grandmother tend to a simmering pot of pho, carefully selecting each spice and tasting the broth until it was perfect.
That dedication to perfection followed her across the ocean to Ottawa, where she opened the first Vietnamese Pho House in Kanata in 2018. The response from the community was overwhelming. Families returned week after week, drawn by the comforting aromas and authentic flavors that reminded many of their own childhoods in Vietnam.
Today, with three thriving locations across Ottawa, we continue to honor those family traditions. Every bowl of pho, every plate of spring rolls, and every vermicelli bowl is made with the same love and attention to detail that started in that small family kitchen.

Our signature pho broth simmers for over 12 hours with beef bones, star anise, cinnamon, and aromatic spices for deep, complex flavor.
